Kindergarten math continues to use the hands-on Montessori Method - until your child aquires a deep enough understanding of the subject that hand-on materials are no longer necessary.  In addition to the four basic operations (adding, subtracting, multiplication, and division), kindergarteners are introduced to fractions, geometry through shapes, patterns, estimates, and collecting and reporting data.
