Our music program engages all the children in singing, listening, and playing instruments. Fun activities are designed to promote expressive music-making and development of a musical vocabulary. Your child learns a variety of musical elements, such as pitch, tempo, dynamics, duration, and timbre, which are built into singing games, multicultural action songs, and movements. Our popular winter and spring all-school concerts enable the children to demonstrate what they've learned as they entertain their parents and other members of the TLC community.
"Written language can be acquired more easily by children of four years than by those of six. While children of six usually need at least two years to learn how to write children of four years learn this second language within a few months."
